Job Description

JOB Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer to join our engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in EPC projects across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water Treatment, and other process industries.
The role involves supporting the design and development of electrical systems for industrial plants, working alongside senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities :

Assist in the preparation of single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, and cable routing layouts
Support in electrical load calculations, equipment sizing, and short circuit analysis
Prepare bill of materials (BOMs), cable schedules, and lighting layouts
Collaborate with instrumentation, mechanical, and civil teams for integrated design
Review and interpret P&IDs, electrical specifications, and client standards
Participate in design reviews, vendor drawing evaluations, and site coordination
Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, IS, and other relevant standards

Skills & Requirements :

Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Project experience in plant design, power systems, or industrial automation is a plus
Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design software
Basic understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and industrial practices
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment
