This role combines technical knowledge with sales acumen to support and grow our client base by providing tailored engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and market intelligence Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required) 2+ years of technical sales or engineering experience (preferred) Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and industry standards Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Willingness to travel as needed Preferred Experience: Sales experience in power systems, automation, industrial controls, or similar Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Experience with project-based sales and solution engineering Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
