Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and implement power distribution, lighting, ELV, and emergency systems.
Perform load calculations, select components, and ensure compliance with NEC/IEC standards.
Collaborate with MEP teams, architects, and contractors for project execution.
Review, approve, and supervise electrical plans, drawings, and installations.
Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and ensure safety compliance.
Optimize energy use with efficient and renewable solutions.
Prepare reports, certifications, and coordinate approvals with authorities.

Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP.
Knowledge of power distribution, ELV systems (CCTV, BMS, Fire Alarm), and MEP coordination.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle deadlines and site challenges.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in MEP design/execution/consultancy.
Certifications such as LEED, PMP, or relevant licenses preferred.
