About the Role

Electrical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Design cable and wiring harnesses for electrical systems
• Select appropriate components for high and low voltage switchgear applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development
• Create and manage BOMs and detailed design documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety requirements

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in

  electrical engineering

  (3 to 5 years of experience in

  electrical schematic design

  )
• Diploma in

  electrical

  (5 to 8 years of experience in

  electrical schematic design

  )
• Strong knowledge of

  harness and cable design

• Experience in

  high and low voltage switchgear component selection

• Hands-on experience with

  AutoCAD, DraftSight, EPLAN

  , and/or

  E3

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good understanding of industrial electrical systems and standards

Nice to Have

• Experience in the

  Semiconductor

  domain
• Familiarity with EMC compliance and electrical safety standards
