About the Role

Electrical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Design cable and wiring harnesses for electrical systems
Select appropriate components for high and low voltage switchgear applications
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development
Create and manage BOMs and detailed design documentation
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety requirements

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in
electrical engineering
(3 to 5 years of experience in
electrical schematic design
)
Diploma in
electrical
(5 to 8 years of experience in
electrical schematic design
)
Strong knowledge of
harness and cable design
Experience in
high and low voltage switchgear component selection
Hands-on experience with
AutoCAD, DraftSight, EPLAN
, and/or
E3
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of industrial electrical systems and standards

Nice to Have

Experience in the
Semiconductor
domain
Familiarity with EMC compliance and electrical safety standards
