Product Advice: Provide customers with assistance for product selection for unique, special, or technical applications. Complaints Management: Support the Quality Notification process; collect complete information/samples. Marketing: Contribute to promotion and advertising activities. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required. Required Education / Experience / Skills: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputed college with a good academic record. Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in application engineering for any industrial products like bearings, couplings, gearboxes, pumps, material handling equipment, or machine tools. Knowledge/experience of the Food & Beverage Industry and/or conveyor systems is a plus. Work experience in Application Engineering or a similar role is a plus. A self-managed and self-motivated individual with strong ownership and commitment who excels in a global team environment. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
