Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer at our location in Survey No. 658/2, Village Bagodara, Near Toll Tax, Limdi Highway, Taluka - Bavla, Dist. - Ahmedabad, Bagodra - 382230, your role will involve utilizing your educational background in ITI Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering along with 2-3 years of experience in a factory or manufacturing setting. Your key responsibilities will encompass the following areas: Maintenance and Repair: - Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery. - Diagnose and rectify electrical issues, encompassing malfunctioning machinery, equipment, and wiring. - Ensure all electrical installations adhere to safety standards and company regulations. Installation and Upgrades: - Undertake the installation and upkeep of wiring, control, and lighting systems. - Interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics for installation purposes. - Support in the installation and initiation of new electrical equipment and systems. Troubleshooting: - Utilize various testing devices like ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to identify electrical problems. - Resolve issues concerning electrical control systems, including PLCs and motor controls. Preventive Maintenance: - Devise and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment to ensure continuous operation. - Monitor and manage electrical systems to reduce downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Compliance and Safety: - Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures during electrical work. - Ensure all electrical installations meet national and local electrical codes and standards. - Engage in safety audits and inspections, and promptly report any hazards or non-compliance issues. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain precise records of all electrical work undertaken, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and equipment inventories. - Provide regular updates to the maintenance manager on the condition of electrical systems and equipment. Team Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with other maintenance team members to guarantee the seamless operation of the manufacturing facility. - Assist in training junior technicians or apprentices as needed.
