Coordinate with field sales team: track leads, site visits, and closures Handle inbound inquiries from IndiaMart, Justdial, Google Ads, and other platforms Follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email (Gujarati & Hindi spoken; English written) Draft quotations, send proposals, and maintain follow-up records Run and monitor digital marketing campaigns (basic Facebook, Google Ads, WhatsApp broadcast) Prepare and update daily sales MIS reports in Excel or Google Sheets Ensure timely communication between office, clients, and sales field staff
