About the Role

E-Proton Infra Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer (Fresher) to join our EV Charger Division.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, power distribution, and renewable energy integration, and are ready to work hands-on at various project sites.

You will work closely with senior engineers, receive structured mentorship, and gradually take ownership of design, installation, testing, and maintenance of EV charging systems across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of EV chargers and electrical systems at project sites.
• Support in design, testing, and inspection of EV charging setups, distribution panels, and electrical layouts.
• Collaborate with senior engineers in project planning, execution, and documentation for EV charging infrastructure.
• Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for EV charging systems under supervision.
• Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety standards, quality protocols, and site compliance requirements.
• Stay updated with EV charging technologies, renewable energy trends, and smart infrastructure systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related field.
• Strong foundation in power systems, electrical circuits, and control systems.
• Basic understanding of EV chargers, electrical distribution, and panel connections.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD / Electrical CAD and MS Office tools.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work full-time at field/project sites across different locations.
• Mandatory: Candidate must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for site mobility.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Internship or project experience in EV charging, solar power, or electrical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards, site work practices, and load management systems.
• Basic understanding of PLC/SCADA systems, IoT-based monitoring, or smart metering (optional).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
