Wireman Licence Or Electrical Supervisor Licence is Must Facilities Upkeep : Operation & maintenance of all Electromechanical equipment's as per assigned by reporting manager Responsible for 11 KV, 33KV VCB Panels & LT panels, Transformers, D.G.Sets. PLC Panels & Breakers & Metering room HT,LT lines and there fault rectification in coordination with the department & the service partner. Responsible for explaining the billing and metering issues related to our billing team and customer. Responsible for coordinating with external agencies and vendors related service issues. Track all breakdowns and do the analysis to find out root cause of the issue for 100% upkeep of all critical equipment. Ensure all preventive maintenance of all electromechanical equipment as per the schedule. Prepare 52-week preventive maintenance schedule and ensure the preventive maintenance of all electromechanical equipment as per the schedule. Support and provide necessary inputs to site teams for Maintenance of HT Line breakers and transformers, ensure optimum functionality and resolves maintenance problems. During breakdown he must be available at site along with the service partner team and coordinate and get the line charge. Should be able to read Drawings & SLD. Maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment, as appropriate to ensure optimum functionality and resolves building maintenance problems. Residents/Users Management Take care of all requirements related to HT Line, breakers and transformers DG sets. Coordinate with the respective SPOC from the Projects, service partner, AMC service partner. Provide support to the operation team for HOTO and share snag lists to the projects for closer. Managing multiple customers at the site related to O&M service looking into the customer satisfaction. Explain billing concerns if arise by the customer. Process management Involve in incorporating all the processes related to operation. Incident, Problem, Change & improvement management plan. Ensure all the process and procedures are in place as defined by the organization. Maintain all the records for the same as required for various audits and clients. Availability Management Managing all the available resources for the operation with redundancy. Ensure the 100% availability of the Man, Machine and material for continuous operation. Available at site during any break down or as and when required. Capacity Management Managing the capacity of the equipment at optimum use for efficient operation. Maintain the redundancy for all critical equipment for continuous operation. Take care of new requirements and provide appropriate solution accordingly to the customers. Vendor management Provide support to the reporting Manager for Coordinate with the vendors for the timely completion of preventive maintenance of all electromechanical equipment and HT, LT lines breakers, transformer & DG sets. Coordinate with the vendors for the timely completion of preventive maintenance of all electromechanical equipment. Track the vendor performance by doing vendor evaluation. Inform the vendors about our company policy and commitment related to various certification and Audits. Provide feedback and evaluation record to our sourcing team for vendor selection during AMC renewal and selection of vendor for any services. AMC tracking & Renewals Ensure that all critical equipment should be under AMC. Take care of timely renewals of all the AMC & applying them all into cycle according to SLA. Make trackers for all vendors for their SLA breach and impose the penalty in case of any SLA violation done by the vendor. Legal & other Requirements Taking care of all legal compliances and maintaining a tracker for all facilities. Take care of timely renewal of all legal compliance/NOC from the different government bodies. Take care of timely submission of various returns as applicable. Take care of removal of hazardous waste from the site as per the Government Norms and maintain the records for the same. Audit compliance & Certification Ensure all the compliances implementation at workplace required for various audits and certifications. Participate in various audits. Take care of additional requirements from the customer/projects related to their compliances. Monitoring, Measurement & cost control Monitor the energy consumption pattern and maintain the records for the same. Track and identify the areas for improvement. Direct energy saving methods & different Optimization techniques are applied not only to improve the equipment performance efficiency but also to minimize the operational expenses of the company. Conduct different environmental test like indoor air quality, Indoor noise, DG Stack & Emission etc. to monitor the environmental condition on frequent basis. Safety & Security: Ensuring 100% compliance with human, equipments & fire safety at workplace. Provide regular training to the ground team for handling any emergencies. Ensure the implementation of various procedure like work permit systemetc. for vendor related activities in high-risk areas. PO Billing & MIS: Initiate capex and take follow ups with the Procurement team for early release of the PO. Coordination with Finance team for the timely payment of vendors. Maintaining proper MIS for the bills and proper filing for the same. Prepaid system monitoring and share support to finance/ billing team when ever required.
