• Employment: Part-time / Project-based
• Experience: 10+ years in solar, wind, or hybrid renewable energy systems
• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical (Master’s is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Technical Engineering & Site Execution:

a) Develop and finalize electrical layout for hybrid wind–solar configuration.

b) Prepare and review SLDs, load flow analysis, protection schemes, and grid interconnection plans.

c) Supervise installation of electrical infrastructure—solar modules, wind turbine outputs, inverters, and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System, 15MWh) systems.

d) Interface with vendors and Rajasthan nodal agencies (e.g., RRECL) for approvals during commissioning and QA/QC.
