Electrical Engineer (Cost and Estimation Engineer & Pre Sales)

Technical Engineer Greentech

• Collaborate with customers to identify and provide the most effective technical solutions.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD design, draw, prepare technical documentation and electrical design layout while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales and project management teams to provide accurate and competitive RFQ responses.
• Perform calculations and develop cost-effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Source solutions from subcontractors and manage relationships to ensure high standards.
• Participate minimally in workshop execution tasks as required.
• Handle large-scale projects with attention to detail and risk mitigation to deliver seamless infrastructure solutions, including cables, plants, relays, transformers, and technology.
• Interact with customers to understand their technical needs and provide design solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, identify and implement process improvements to on time delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 to 7 yrs of Experience in Electrical design, prototyping and production support in the electrical manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, experience with electrical layout, testing equipment and procedures.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet the deadlines effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards, such as IEC 61400, UL related to Renewable energy projects.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi and collaboration skills to work effectively with global customers and teams.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex projects with a focus on quality and risk management.

• Passion for green energy and sustainable infrastructure solution.

• Good knowledge of MS Office as well as various reporting tools including CRM and ERP systems.
