The Electrical Engineer for AAC Blocks will be responsible for the electrical design, planning, erection, and maintenance activities within our AAC Block manufacturing facilities. This role demands both practical and theoretical expertise in electrical systems to ensure optimal plant performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a good understanding

  of electrical drawings, design principles, and project planning for AAC Block manufacturing projects.

• Oversee the erection and maintenance

  of electrical systems and equipment within the plant.

• Possess strong practical as well as theoretical knowledge

  of various electrical equipment and instruments.

• Manage the procurement

  of electrical equipment based on specific application requirements.

• Strive for efficient and productive operations

  to meet maximum output and profitability goals.

• Engage in strategic planning

  for electrical systems and upgrades.

• Perform maintenance

  of HT & LT motors up to 4.2 MW.

• Conduct maintenance

  of transformers and VCB, ACB breakers.

• Implement and manage

  procedures for power changing from EB to DG.

• Execute maintenance

  on PMCC, conventional MCCs / Schneider IMCC & Siemens IMCC panels.

• Apply knowledge

  on preventive maintenance of motors and transformers.

• Demonstrate maintenance knowledge

  in HT / LT Transformers with ratings up to 18MVA.

• Possess maintenance and working knowledge

  of GRR & VFD panels, and earthing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency

  in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and designs.

• Comprehensive understanding

  of various electrical equipment and instrumentation.

• Ability to manage

  electrical procurement processes effectively.

• Demonstrated experience

  in the maintenance of HT & LT motors, transformers, and various types of breakers (VCB, ACB).

• Familiarity

  with power changeover procedures from utility (EB) to Diesel Generators (DG).

• Experience

  with PMCC, conventional MCCs, Schneider IMCC, and Siemens IMCC panels.

• Knowledge

  of preventive maintenance practices for motors and transformers.

• Working knowledge

  of GRR & VFD panels and earthing systems.

• Experience

  in the AAC Blocks manufacturing industry is essential.
