Job Description

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for performing electrical calculations, preparing designs, and creating Bills of Materials (BOM) in SAP while ensuring proper documentation. Your role will involve making technical offers for low voltage 3-phase induction motors tailored to meet various applications and stringent customer specifications. You are expected to possess a strong understanding of three-phase induction motor design, with an ability to guide team members towards achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, having a basic knowledge of both National and international standards that govern motors is essential for this role. Your tasks will include identifying and selecting components based on provided specifications, offering support to both Sales and Manufacturing teams, and working on innovative cost reduction solutions to minimize product expenses. Furthermore, you will be required to analyze localization requirements and adapt products and solutions accordingly. Collaboration and communication play a crucial part in this role, as you will be expected to engage with internal partners such as the execution team, quotation support team, and sales team, as well as external partners including vendors, customers, and consultants. Providing technical support to manufacturing to resolve any issues that may arise is also a key aspect of your responsibilities.,
