Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer, your role will involve performing electrical calculations, preparing designs, creating Bills of Materials (BOM) in SAP, and generating documentation. You will be responsible for making technical offers for low voltage 3-phase induction motors for various applications, meeting stringent customer specifications. Your thorough knowledge in designing three-phase induction motors, along with experience in guiding team members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), will be valuable. Your responsibilities will include identifying and selecting components based on given specifications, providing support to Sales and Business Development teams, and analyzing test results for daily engineering activities. Additionally, you will work on cost reduction initiatives by developing innovative solutions to minimize product costs and analyze localization requirements to design/adapt products accordingly. Furthermore, you will be expected to support manufacturing in resolving technical issues and maintain effective communication with internal partners such as the execution team, quotation support team, sales team, as well as external partners including vendors, customers, and consultants.
