Job Overview. Avis Enertech Pvt Limited is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our Oil and Gas division. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing electrical systems, equipment, and components for oil and gas projects. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in electrical design for oil and gas projects. Proficient in electrical design software and tools. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards. Experience with electrical simulation and calculation software. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Roles And Responsibilities. Design electrical control systems, equipment, and components for oil and gas projects. Prepare and review electrical engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct technical feasibility studies and cost estimation. Perform electrical calculations and simulations. Select and specify electrical materials, equipment, and vendors. Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations. Support commissioning and testing activities.
