Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

Job Location: Lonand, Maharasthra

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare design calculations and estimations based on client requirements
• Make changes to the calculation based on feedback received from the client and obtain a final approval
• Provide technical support to sales during tendering process
• Enable the sales team make a detailed estimation table on weight, activity, specifications.
• Prepare specification of bought out items and issue order requisition to the purchase team.
• Provide input to draftsman for detail manufacturing & assembly drawing.
• Prepare / review bill of materials prepared by draftsmen for each order and issue to planning Prepare / review dispatch list and maintenance manual for each sales order

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical / EXTC Engineering with minimum 5 years - 9 years of experience in electrical design and engineering, preferably in heavy equipment manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of design calculations, manufacturing processes, assembly drawings and estimation techniques.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) for reviewing and providing input to draftsmen.
• Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation and technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of procurement specifications for bought-out items.
• Hands-on experience in tender support, cost estimation, and client interaction for technical clarifications.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving client needs.
