Electrical Automation-Site Engineer

Position Title: Senior Electrical Automation Engineer

Location: Chennai

Qualification: BE Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or related subject

Compensation: 05- 08LPA

Experience: 2 – 6 years of work experience in the Manufacturing sector, Project-based Industry.

Responsibility:

• Installation and commissioning, 415-volt electrical Control panel testing etc.
• Handling of field instruments/sensors.
• Candidate should know about Automatic Control Systems, PLC Programming (Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, etc.),
• Should have expertise in troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of various industrial networks like Profinite/Profibus/Modbus/CC Link.
• Candidate will need to travel to visit Client and Vendor’s places whenever required.
• Technically Should be sound and work system-oriented.
• Experience related to ISA / ISO/ IEC and other Industrial Safety Standards, along with corresponding Standards related to Manufacturing Automation
• Technically should be sound and work system-oriented.
• Should follow safety norms at project sites.
• Should have thorough knowledge in mechanical / Electrical drawings.
• Following & Maintaining IMS procedures/ records of the department.
• Work as an asset for the organization, on a long-term basis.
• Proficient in problem-solving.
• Development Methodology, Troubleshooting, Configuration Management
• Team and skill development.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure along with team/individual.
• Highly creative and driven to problem solve.
• Have a willingness to travel and keep a flexible schedule (work on a production schedule)
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing conditions, job functions, and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Desire to continue the development of technical skills and industry knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
