EEE Faculty

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable EEE Faculty with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) to join our academic team in Mathura. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence in engineering education.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures in core EEE subjects such as Electrical Machines, Control Systems, Power Electronics, Circuit Theory, etc.

Conduct practical/lab sessions with hands-on training and guidance.

Design and implement effective lesson plans, assessments, and projects.

Guide students in academic projects, technical competitions, and research activities.

Evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain up-to-date records of attendance, assessment, and performance.

Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and curriculum development.

Encourage innovation and problem-solving through interactive teaching methodologies.

Required Skills:

In-depth subject knowledge in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Strong teaching, communication, and presentation skills.

Classroom management and student engagement abilities.

Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and evaluation.

Commitment to continuous learning and academic growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (First class preferred).

Location Preference: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

Joining: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
