Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Election Campaign Associate based in Bihar, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Election Campaign Associate will be responsible for managing and executing campaign strategies, coordinating with team members, communicating with stakeholders, and analyzing campaign data. The role also involves organizing grassroots mobilization efforts and contributing to the overall project management of the campaign.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision making
• Experience in Campaign Management and executing campaigns
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Project Management for organizing and leading campaign initiatives
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
• Familiarity with digital strategies and grassroots mobilization is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
