ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will guide families through the journey of eldercare support. In this role, you will engage with family members, across the global Indian diaspora who are seeking information, advice, and solutions for their elders’ care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide personalised guidance to families, helping them understand their elder care options and navigate Samarth’s comprehensive services.
• Educate clients about elder care best practices, health, wellness, and available support systems.
• Act as a supportive listener, addressing concerns, clarifying doubts, and offering reassurance with empathy and patience.
• Communicate compassionately and pursuasively, both verbally and in writing, with familiy members
• Maintain records of interactions and follow up to build trusted relationships

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High level of empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence.
• Strong active listening and communication skills (English required; additional Indian languages a plus).
• Comfort with excel and productivity too
• Experience preferred in client-facing roles, counseling, consultative selling, teaching and training
• Flexibility to work across early morning and late evening, if needed, to talk to global clients.
