Job Description

The Assistant Executive - Materials will support the materials management team in ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in materials management and develop their leadership skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies as per organizational requirements.
Support inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline materials flow and reduce costs.
Utilize SAP S/4Hana for tracking and managing materials data.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in materials management or a related field.
Skills: Strong leadership skills, knowledge of materials management principles, and familiarity with SAP S/4Hana.
