Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead on actions from BU engagement sessions focused on understanding knowledge pain points and mapping requirements.

Support design, launch, and execution of 30-day EKM pilots (e.g., Sales Pinnacle, Sphere, Highspot taxonomies).

Document business needs, user workflows, content pain points, and AI use-case opportunities.

Support development of knowledge intake, governance, and metadata templates.

Assist in creation of FAQs, glossaries, workflows, and adoption assets.

Partner with the PRD/Architecture resource to ensure requirements flow cleanly into system design.

Track pilot analytics, usage patterns, and business outcomes.

Prepare BU-specific summaries and recommendations for broader rollout.

Required Skills Experience

6 to 10 years in KM consulting, business analysis, or product enablement.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills across global teams.

Experience designing and running KM pilots.

Familiarity with taxonomies, content governance, and metadata models.

Ability to produce polished documentation and lightweight prototypes.
