EHS Officer

Roles and Responsibility:

1. Ensure compliance with statutory and company EHS policies, procedures, and regulations.

2. Identify and assess hazards and risks, and implement control measures to mitigate them.

3. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments of the workplace and facilities.

4. Organize and conduct EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.

5. Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

6. prepare and maintain EHS-related documents as per legal requirements.

7. Facilitate periodic fire drills, emergency preparedness drills, and evacuation plans.

8. Monitor waste management, pollution control, and environmental protection measures.

9. Coordinate with statutory authorities for inspections, renewals, and compliance reporting.

10. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to EHS performance.

11. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and statutory requirements

12. Ability to conduct training and motivate employees on safety practices.

13. Willingness to travel to different plant sites or project locations (if required)

14. Leadership: ability to influence and drive safety culture across teams.

15. Proactive Approach: Ability to anticipate risks and take preventive actions before issues arise.

16. Attention to detail: careful and through in identifying hazards and ensuring compliance.

Qualification:

1. BE/Diploma in Industrial Safety(Certificates on RLI, CLI, IIISM must and should)

2. Experience: Minimum 04 to 08 Maximum.

3. Desired age: 25 to 35

4. Gender: Male candidate only.

Pay: ₹35,000.29 - ₹60,916.26 per year
