Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and working professionals about career-oriented courses
  • Provide detailed information on course modules, fees, and job support
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Guide students through the enrollment process
  • Work closely with the training and placement team to understand course outcomes

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales acumen in B2C sales, from cold calling to closing deals
  • Resilience and motivation to handle objections and stay goal-focused under pressure
  • Passion for education and career development
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
