About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Education Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will guide students in selecting the right course or career path, based on their goals and interests. Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on academic programs, courses, and career paths
• Understand each student’s interests, background, and educational goals
• Provide accurate information about colleges, courses, eligibility, and admissions
• Follow up with leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Maintain student records and update CRM systems
• Support students in application and documentation processes
• Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to convert leads

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Education, Psychology, or Management preferred)
• Good communication and listening skills
• Friendly, approachable, and student-centric attitude
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM preferred)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet counseling targets
• Prior internship or training experience in counseling or sales is a plus
