Job Description

As an Admission Officer- Sales & Marketing, your main responsibility is to generate leads through various marketing activities in order to counsel and enroll students. You will be conducting both Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities such as seminars in schools, open seminars in town, and residential spots to attract potential students. Your role will also involve visiting schools to meet with principals, coordinators, and management personnel to contribute towards meeting the set targets for business development. It is essential to provide a positive and engaging customer experience during home visits to counsel students and parents, ultimately leading to successful admissions. In addition, you will be required to collaborate with local tuition teachers to explore business opportunities and ensure compliance with internal processes. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to handle customers with empathy and patience, as well as your strong sales persuasion skills. Proficiency in networking, presentation skills, Microsoft Office, and communication in English and Regional Language are necessary for this role. You should also be comfortable with traveling and public speaking. A customer-oriented attitude, sense of ownership, result orientation, and emotional intelligence are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this position. A bachelor's degree is a must, with a preference for candidates with a BTech, MBA, or Masters in Psychology or Education. Previous experience in education or career counseling, as well as Business to Customer (B2C) sales, will be beneficial for this role. Your interactions will primarily involve students, parents, schools, partners, vendors, and internal teams such as the Academic & Non-Academic branches, Regional Student Support Centre, and Regional Sales & Operations Team. Key skills required for this role include lead generation, field sales, educational sales, B2C sales, direct sales, and business development. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonuses. The work location is in person, with an expected start date of 25/03/2025.,
