Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in Pune. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for providing guidance and consultation to students and their families regarding educational opportunities, programs, and career planning. Tasks include conducting consultations, developing educational plans, communicating with educational institutions, and providing customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Educational Consulting and Education Knowledge
• Experience in Consulting and Communication
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
