Job Summary:

Education Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions based on the established curriculum and learning outcomes
  
• Adapt instructional materials and methods to meet diverse learner needs and skill levels
  
• Facilitate interactive classroom, virtual, or hybrid sessions using best practices in pedagogy and technology
  
• Assess learner progress through tests, assignments, or projects, and provide constructive feedback
  
• Collaborate with content developers, coordinators, or subject matter experts to improve training effectiveness
  
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and learner engagement
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques in education and training
  
• Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student success
  
• Support learners with mentorship, Q&A, and follow-up learning activities
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree or professional certification in education/training (e.g., B.Ed, M.Ed, Train the Trainer, TESOL, etc.)
  
• Experience in vocational education, corporate training, or EdTech platforms
  
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory
  
• Fluency in multiple languages (if relevant to the learner group)
  
• Experience in curriculum development or e-learning content creation
