Education Sales Counselor

Role Overview: As a Sales and Center Manager, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales and delivery targets while managing day-to-day activities at the center. You will ensure consistent performance and profitability of the center by counseling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, providing proper guidance on courses and products, and making calls to applicants who inquire through various sources. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of services, streamlining processes for efficient operations, promoting a consistent customer experience, and coordinating with faculty members for smooth functioning of classes. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales and delivery targets - Manage day-to-day activities at the center - Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries - Make calls to applicants from various sources - Ensure timely delivery of services - Streamline processes for efficient operations - Promote consistent customer experience - Coordinate with faculty members for class functioning Qualification Required: - At least 1 year of experience in counseling and sales in the education sector, preferably overseas education - Recent graduate or post-graduate from a premier college can also apply - Ability and proven accomplishments in counseling and sales - Innovative and goal-oriented mindset - Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills - Exceptional interpersonal skills and multitasking ability Please note that the work schedule for this role is 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.,
