Role Description We are looking for a Student Course Counselor who can guide students and parents, understand their career needs, and help them choose the right course. This is a mix of Counseling + Sales + Student Relationship Management. Key Responsibilities Handle walk-ins, leads, and phone inquiries. Counsel students about career options in Animation, VFX, Graphics, UI/UX, and Gaming. Explain courses, fees, placements, curriculum, and institute advantages. Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-up. Maintain records, CRM entries, and follow-up sheets. Achieve monthly admission targets. Coordinate with marketing team for leads and events. Conduct webinars, seminars, and student orientation sessions when needed. Required Skills & Experience 1–5 years of experience in counseling, education sales, or academic advising. Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred). Good persuasion, follow-up, and closing ability. Confident personality and student-friendly approach. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, Email). Job Title: VFX Trainer Location: Arena Animation Gurgaon — Sector 14 (On-site) Experience: 2–5 years About Us: Arena Animation Gurgaon established in 1997, is Haryana’s oldest creative institute training students in Animation, VFX, Motion Graphics, UI/UX and more. We focus on practical, industry-ready skills and strong placement support. Role Summary: Teach hands-on VFX & compositing courses, mentor students and prepare students for real-world VFX workflows. You’ll translate studio techniques into classroom-friendly lessons while motivating learners with diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: · Deliver classroom and lab sessions on Nuke, Mocha, After Effects and related tools. · Demonstrate compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, keying, paint and finishing workflows. · Mentor students on demo reels, portfolio building, and industry best practices. · Assess student progress, give constructive feedback, and run remedial sessions. Must-have Skills & Experience: · 2–5 years working as a VFX compositor / trainer / artist (studio or training institute). · Hands-on experience with Nuke, Mocha, Houdini, Silhouette and Adobe After Effects · Strong understanding of tracking, roto, keying, color correction, and compositing pipelines. · Clear, patient communicator and a motivating teacher. Preferred: · Experience preparing students for placements / demo reels. · Exposure to real production pipelines and VFX studio workflows.
