Role Description

Student Course Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins, leads, and phone inquiries.
• Counsel students about career options in Animation, VFX, Graphics, UI/UX, and Gaming.
• Explain courses, fees, placements, curriculum, and institute advantages.
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-up.
• Maintain records, CRM entries, and follow-up sheets.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with marketing team for leads and events.
• Conduct webinars, seminars, and student orientation sessions when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in counseling, education sales, or academic advising.
• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred).
• Good persuasion, follow-up, and closing ability.
• Confident personality and student-friendly approach.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).
• Experience in an education institute or EdTech is a plus.
