Role Overview: As a Sales and Counseling Executive, your main responsibility will be to achieve sales and delivery targets while overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure consistent performance and profitability of the center. You will interact with walk-in and telephonic inquiries, offering guidance on courses and products. Moreover, you will reach out to applicants through various channels, focus on timely service delivery, and optimize operational processes. Your role will also involve maintaining a high standard of customer experience in line with the brand values and collaborating with faculty for smooth class operations. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales and delivery targets - Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries on courses and products - Make calls to applicants from diverse sources - Ensure timely service delivery - Streamline operational processes for efficiency - Coordinate with faculty members for smooth class functioning Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of counseling and sales experience in the education sector, preferably in overseas education - Innovative and goal-oriented mindset - Strong analytical abilities - Excellent communication skills - Exceptional interpersonal skills - Effective multitasking capabilities Please note that the work schedule for this position is 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.,
