Education Relationship Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring a Education Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building and managing relationships with schools, colleges, and institutions. The role involves driving adoption of Buddiz, ensuring partner satisfaction, and supporting the growth of our educational ecosystem.

This position is open exclusively for female candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new schools/colleges to the Buddiz platform.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partner institutions.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions for educators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner success.
• Track partnership performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support revenue and growth targets through partnership expansion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions, addressing needs and concerns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Education/Business/Technology background preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations (preferably in EdTech/education sector).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple institutional accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Passion for education, technology, and making a social impact.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
