Job Summary

Techno Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive

  trial robotics sessions

  for prospective students.

• Consult with parents

  after sessions to answer questions, explain learning outcomes, and assist with the enrollment process.
• Assess students’ interests and aptitudes to

  recommend suitable learning paths

  .
• Clearly explain

  course modules, tools (LEGO, Arduino, Scratch, etc.)

  , and STEM-related career pathways.
• Represent the organization as the

  first point of contact

  for interested families, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Manage and update leads through

  CRM tools

  , ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Support

  webinars, demo classes, and marketing campaigns

  in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
• Conduct

  outbound calls

  to parents and students to promote programs and handle inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of

  responsiveness, professionalism, and customer engagement

  throughout the communication process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Education, Marketing, or a related field

  .
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  in English.
• Comfortable working

  night shifts and weekends

  (with one rotational weekly off).
• Proficient in online collaboration tools such as

  Zoom

  and

  Google Meet

  .
• Strong

  presentation and interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to

  simplify technical concepts

  for students and parents.

Additional Information

• Shift:

  Night shift with flexible timings based on class schedules.

• Work Schedule:

  6 days a week (rotational weekly off).
