Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Career Counselor will assist students with career planning, development, and management by providing one-on-one counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars. They will also work collaboratively with faculty and staff to create and implement career services programs and maintain up-to-date information on employment trends and opportunities. Additional responsibilities include helping students develop job search strategies, reviewing resumes and cover letters, and preparing students for interviews.

Qualifications

• Strong Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Communication skills
• Experience in organizing workshops and seminars
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with faculty and staff
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Career Counseling, or related field
