Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary advisor for prospective students, providing in-depth insights into program offerings, academic pathways, and career outcomes.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions via calls, emails, or live chats to understand each student’s interests, goals, and qualifications.
• Support applicants throughout the admissions cycle — including eligibility assessment, documentation, application follow-up, and enrollment completion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and communication logs within the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed enrollment targets while maintaining ethical and high-quality counseling standards.
• Gather and share student feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall counseling experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferred fields: Education, Psychology, or Business).
• 0–2 years of experience in academic counseling, student engagement, admissions, or customer relations.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in EdTech, higher education, or consulting is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple student interactions simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
