Education Counselor

As an Education Counselor at the DSU Campus in Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru, your role will involve interacting with inquiries both in person and over the phone, providing detailed information about courses and programs. You will be responsible for counseling students and parents to assist them in making well-informed decisions regarding admissions. Additionally, maintaining a student database, coordinating with the admissions team for smooth enrollment processes, participating in campus events, seminars, and promotional activities, as well as meeting daily and monthly admission targets are key responsibilities you will handle. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with walk-in and telephonic inquiries, offering detailed information about courses and programs. - Counsel students and parents to aid in their decision-making process for admissions. - Follow up on leads and keep a student database updated. - Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure seamless enrollment procedures. - Engage in campus events, seminars, and promotional activities. - Achieve daily and monthly admission targets as assigned. Candidate Requirements: - Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. - Experience: 01 year (freshers with good communication skills may apply). - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada. - Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities. - Positive attitude, presentable appearance, and proactive approach.
