Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Educational Consultant. As an Educational Consultant, your responsibilities will include advising clients on suitable training and certification programs, providing customized solutions, and guiding professionals in achieving their career development goals. The role involves regular client interactions, facilitating educational workshops, and maintaining client relationships to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Customer Service and building positive relationships
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• Experience in professional training or certification industry is a plus
