Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our coaching institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, explaining course offerings, handling inquiries, managing admissions, and supporting overall batch and fee management. Key Responsibilities Calling & Follow-ups: Make outbound calls to prospective students using CRM data to explain course offerings and encourage enrolments. Counselling: Guide students and parents on available courses, admission procedures, fees, and batch schedules. Enrollment & Admissions: Convert leads into admissions by timely follow-ups and effective communication. Fee Collection: Manage student fee collection and issue receipts; follow up for pending payments. Batch Management: Coordinate and manage batch scheduling, including batch assignments and rescheduling requests. CRM Management: Update and maintain lead status, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Targets: Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Skills Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good convincing and selling abilities Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Strong organizational and multitasking skills What We Offer Fixed Salary + Incentives on admissions Friendly work environment Training and development opportunities Career growth within the organization
