We empower students with the right tools to excel in the digital workspace. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and experienced Education Counsellor to join our team in Coimbatore. You’ll play a key role in advising aspiring students, guiding them towards the right educational path, and supporting them throughout their academic decision-making process. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth counselling sessions in person, over the phone, or online. Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable IT courses and career tracks. Stay up to date with course curricula, certifications, and industry trends. Manage and update the student database and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with the admissions and training teams to ensure seamless enrollment. Represent Elysium Academy during career fairs and student outreach programs. Candidate Profile Graduate or post-graduate in Education, Psychology, or a relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling or career advisory services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil. Tech-savvy with experience in using CRM tools and MS Office. Passionate about helping students grow and succeed.
