As a Business Development Manager/Team Lead/Manager at admissionshala.com Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in guiding students towards fulfilling academic and career paths. Your responsibilities will include providing personalized guidance, support, and mentorship to empower students to make informed decisions about their future.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  
• Identify target markets, segments, and customer needs to drive sales growth.
  
• Provide career counseling services to students seeking higher education abroad.
  
• Manage existing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to develop strategies for successful client acquisition.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in B2C or BPO industry preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Excellent communication skills, convincing power, interpersonal skills required.
