Education Consultant

You will be responsible for providing end-to-end guidance to students looking to study abroad at TFM Overseas Education Consultants. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting personalized sessions to understand students" academic backgrounds, career goals, and motivations for studying overseas. - Providing in-depth insights into global education opportunities, institutions, courses, and application procedures. - Analyzing students" strengths, interests, and achievements to suggest the most suitable study programs and universities. - Offering expert advice on career prospects and future pathways in various fields. - Assisting students in identifying universities that align with their academic credentials, personal preferences, financial capacity, and career ambitions. - Sharing detailed insights on global university rankings, available programs, entry requirements, and campus life. - Supporting students through the entire application journey, including preparing required documents, crafting compelling personal statements (SOPs), and building strong resumes. - Educating students on the estimated costs of studying abroad, including tuition fees, living expenses, and scholarship opportunities. - Assisting in developing a practical financial plan and exploring funding options to support their education. - Providing step-by-step assistance with visa applications, documentation, and interview preparation. - Ensuring students are well-informed about visa requirements and immigration regulations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. - At least 1 year of experience in overseas education counseling or a related field like business development is preferable. Freshers (2024 or 2025 graduates) with strong interpersonal, sales, and client handling skills are also welcome to apply. - At least some knowledge of higher education systems, programs, and institutions in popular study abroad destinations such as the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. - Strong expertise in the following areas: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. - Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals. - A go-getter who is passionate about helping us scale our fast-growing business. - Student-first approach.
