As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include conducting personalized advisory sessions with students to gain insights into their academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and motivations for studying abroad. You will be tasked with providing detailed information on global education opportunities, various institutions, available courses, and the application processes associated with each. Furthermore, you will be responsible for analyzing students" strengths, interests, and achievements to recommend suitable study programs and universities that align with their goals. Your expertise will also be utilized in offering expert advice on potential career prospects and future pathways in different fields of study. In addition, you will play a crucial role in assisting students in selecting institutions that best match their academic credentials, personal preferences, financial capabilities, and career ambitions. This will involve sharing comprehensive insights on global university rankings, program offerings, entry requirements, and campus life details. Your support will extend to guiding students through the application process, including preparing necessary documents, crafting compelling personal statements (SOPs), and developing impactful resumes. You will also provide financial guidance by educating students on the estimated costs associated with studying abroad, exploring scholarship opportunities, and helping them create practical budget plans. Moreover, you will offer valuable assistance in visa applications, documentation, and interview preparation, ensuring that students are well-informed about visa requirements and immigration regulations throughout the process. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. While a minimum of 1 year of experience in overseas education counseling or a related field is preferred, enthusiastic freshers with strong interpersonal, sales, and client handling skills are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of higher education systems, programs, and institutions in popular study abroad destinations such as the US, UK, Europe, and Australia is advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and a genuine passion for education and supporting students in achieving their aspirations.
