Education Consultant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Education Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education and a passion for enhancing learning experiences. This role involves collaborating with educational institutions to develop effective teaching strategies, training programmes, and resources that meet the diverse needs of students and educators.

Duties

• Assess the educational needs of institutions and provide tailored recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations and training sessions for educators and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design innovative educational programmes using tools such as Adobe Captivate.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to educators in implementing new strategies and technologies in the classroom.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives and suggest adjustments as necessary.
• Stay updated on current trends in education, technology, and pedagogy to inform consulting practices.

Skills

• Exceptional presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
• Strong teaching background with an understanding of various pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning development tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
