Education Consultant

• Counsel students and parents about study options, programs, and universities in Canada, Australia, the UK, Germany, and Ireland
• Assess student profiles and suggest suitable courses, universities, and countries based on academic background and career goals.
• Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, living expenses, scholarships, and visa processes clearly.
• Guide students in preparing application documents (SOP, LOR, resume, etc.).
• Coordinate with university representatives and manage admission and visa application processes.
• Stay updated on latest university intakes, admission policies, and visa regulations for all countries.
• Follow up regularly with potential students and maintain records in CRM.
• Meet monthly counseling and conversion targets.
• Attend training sessions, university events, and education fairs as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and partner institutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, or related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in overseas education counseling (freshers can be trained).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of study programs, universities, and visa requirements for Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, and Ireland.
• Ability to handle multiple student profiles and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer service mindset.
