Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and engage with students/parents.
  • Explain product features and benefits effectively.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable learning programs.
  • Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain daily call logs and CRM updates.
  • Follow-up with potential customers regularly.

Requirements:

  • Graduation preferred (any degree accepted).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech Sales (1+ year mandatory in EdTech).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and selling skills.
  • Comfortable handling international calls (night shift).
  • Laptop with stable Wi-Fi connectivity.
