Key Responsibilities:

Creative Writing & Story Enhancement:

Reimagine and elevate scripts, subtitles, and dialogues by improving storytelling flow, tone, and impact.

Contribute creatively to character voices, emotional arcs, and cultural nuances that resonate with OTT audiences.

Suggest rephrasing or rewriting where needed to strengthen engagement and narrative clarity.

Content Editing & Development:

Refine scripts and long-form content in Hindi and English for style, readability, and audience appeal.

Collaborate with writers to improve plot structure, pacing, and dialogue delivery.

Ensure content is polished and compelling while staying true to its creative vision.

Copyediting & Proofreading:

Correct grammar, punctuation, and language usage while maintaining the writer’s intent.

Guarantee consistency in tone and adherence to editorial standards.

Audience & Trend Alignment:

Infuse edits with awareness of OTT trends, Hindi/English pop culture, and evolving audience sensibilities.

Ensure that the content feels fresh, contemporary, and tailored to diverse audiences.

Requirements:

● 2–6 years of experience in creative writing, content editing, or script development in OTT, media, or entertainment.

Hindi and English

● Experience editing or writing OTT content—scripts, dialogues, subtitles, or promotional material.

● Strong storytelling instincts, ability to enhance character voices, and a flair for engaging narrative flow.

● Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines while maintaining high creative quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Familiarity with content genres across drama, thriller, romance, and youth-centric narratives.

● Experience with localization or adaptation of stories for different audience groups.
