In this role of Editor-in-Chief at Maneesh Media, you will be leading the editorial team to drive the narrative for the company's flagship projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the editorial strategy for Maneesh Media's flagship projects. - Driving content planning, research, interviews, writing, editing, and final production. - Managing and mentoring a team of editors, writers, and freelancers. - Collaborating with top personalities and internal stakeholders to craft impactful narratives. - Ensuring the highest quality standards in content, language, and storytelling. - Managing multiple high-value publishing projects, ensuring timely delivery. - Staying updated with content trends, including digital publishing, social media, and online storytelling strategies. - Innovating with storytelling formats across print and digital platforms. To be successful in this role, Maneesh Media is looking for someone with: - 12-15 years of content experience, with at least 10 years in editorial leadership. - A strong background in publishing, media, journalism, or long-form content creation. - Excellent command over English - both written and verbal. - A deep understanding of editorial best practices and audience engagement. - Exposure to digital trends, social media content strategy, and online visibility enhancement. - Leadership skills with the ability to guide a creative team and work under deadlines. - Passion for storytelling that resonates across traditional and digital mediums. - Willingness to travel if required.
