Job Title:

Experience:

EDI Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design, development, and support of EDI solutions using
IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
.
Develop and manage
BPML workflows
, business processes, and routing logic.
Configure and support
Sterling Gateway / communication adapters
.
Design, develop, and maintain
EDI mappings
(X12 / EDIFACT).
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to EDI team members.
Drive
trading partner onboarding
, testing, and certification activities.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and DevOps teams for deployments and upgrades.
Ensure adherence to EDI best practices, security standards, and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

7–12 years of hands-on experience in
EDI / B2B Integration
.
Strong expertise in
IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI)
.
Extensive experience with
BPML
and
business process orchestration
.
Hands-on experience with
Sterling Gateway / Communication adapters
.
Proven experience with
Lightwell (LSI)
for EDI mapping.
Strong knowledge of
EDI standards
: X12, EDIFACT.
Experience handling high-volume production environments.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with
Sterling File Gateway (SFG)
.
Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS / Azure / GCP).
Knowledge of
DevOps / CI-CD
practices.
Experience in
upgrade and migration projects
.
