Job Description

Responsibilities: Monitoring: Daily monitoring of all EDI transactions on Clients Application Server Data Entry: Need to create orders by looking the data from Excel, PDF, Emails etc... Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve EDI-related issues, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for swift resolution. Reporting: Monitor EDI transactions and provide regular reports to the relevant stakeholders Follow up: Will have to follow up directly with Customers on open Issues Requirements: Effective writing and communication skills in English Only Night Shifts 9 AM to 5 PM EST (6:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST) Permanent Work From Home Qualification - BA/MA English Preference - Male Profiles Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Shift: Night shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: In person
